Jalapenos aren't in this season spicy,

Nor is putting up a facade dicey,

A coup de grace'll lend the land a firm handle,

While Hanukkahs kill the sale of the candle.

Negligees -- they don't any more enchant,

Eons can be short but an angstrom can't.

But
Jalapeños are,

A façade always is,
A coup de grâce won't,

Ḥănukkāhs don't,
Negligées do,
Æons can't and an ångström can.
